Quality time shopping (:

28 12 2007

Boxing day shopping at Yorkdale was insane with the massive amounts of people pushing and shoving everywhere. Despite all that, I got to have some quality shopping time with Ted which ended up being lots of fun. I can imagine the number of people lining up at various stores at Yorkdale early in the morning. Fully knowing I can’t even wake up that early for school, we arrived there around 11, or more like I arrived there late. *sweat drop*

This is probably the first Christmas I looked so forward too and enjoyed. Bought lots of things and looked like as Ted would say, “A mad woman with so many bags”. (But hey, I didn’t buy much this entire year since I’m attempting to change my wardrobe. From the baggy shirts and sweaters to something more, feminie? That’s not to say I’m not a female!) We walked a good five hours and that definitely took a toll my on knees. Trying to get lunch from the food court wasn’t as bad as it looked we we ended up sitting on the ground right beside Holt Renfrew like all the other shoppers. Not wanting to go home yet, we headed to Nathan Phillips to admire the lights and watch people skate.

Next to do on the list: skate with Ted, and The Sugar (a chinese dessert restuarant).
